If white isn’t a color, than zero isn’t a number.

The trouble here is labeling, white is a pigment and zero is an integer.

Many agree, white is a color because it reflects color, and that’s just ignorance. If I paint a wall pink, and place blue azaleas in front of it, the pink tone will reflect the indigo hue of the plants and possibly appear lavender. If one paints a wall pink, it’s painted pink, no matter what color reflects from the surface. If I paint a canvas white, I still used white paint, white is the absence of color. However, I’ll refer to white as a pigment, to reduce the number of arguments.

Now, is zero the absence of numbers? Sometime yes, but it wouldn’t be named zero in that situation. Most of the time, it’s an additive identity, a mathematical constant or an ellipses…

Nothing + nothing = nothing, and it’s all up on it like white on rice.

I’m guessing, if white had a integer and zero had a pigment it would be a patient with a nasty disease.
